Do you need someone to drive diversity work forward in your organisation? Give your organisation the confidence and expertise to do the right things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Diversity Management course provides you with in-depth, research-based expertise on why and how diversity must be managed to achieve real inclusion and value creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through sharing experiences with others, reflection and theory, you get concrete tools to take your diversity work to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to discuss challenging topics in a safe space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire course is based on the Norwegian Standard for Diversity Management (NS11201), and after completing the course you will have knowledge of a concrete framework that can help you structure your organisation's work. You will also have the opportunity to take an exam with Norsk Sertifisering and become a certified diversity manager according to national and international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing the course, managers can take an exam with Norwegian Certification and become an accredited certified diversity manager.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practical information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The course runs over eight days divided into 4 modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You'll be given tasks between each module that can be used directly in your organisation's work with diversity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Criteria for taking the exam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Requirement of a university degree or equivalent higher education and at least four years of professional experience, including two years of management experience. Or eight years of professional experience, including two years of management experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A minimum of 75% attendance at the sessions and approved assignments are required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Course fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Price per participant is NOK 51 800,- excl. VAT<\/em>. This includes all course materials and food\/drink for the entire course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The examination fee for the Norwegian Certification is not included in the course fee. As of 01.02.2024, the cost of this is NOK 8,900 (incl. VAT).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
