Digital courses

For many of our customers, the starting point for working with diversity has been to begin with competence development for all employees, with the aim of creating a common language and a common understanding of the topic.

Data-driven insights

Something that clearly distinguishes what we do at Seema from other suppliers is that we have developed a statistically validated tool, based on social science research methods. The tool is called Diversity Index and makes it possible to get concrete figures on the diversity of the organisation, how being part of a minority versus a majority affects psychosocial factors, and how having diversity affects performance and well-being.
