Privacy is about the right to a private life and the right to decide on one's own personal data, including the right to know what information others know about you and what it is used for. Privacy is a fundamental right that is enshrined in both the Norwegian Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
This policy describes why and how the websites seema.no, mangfoldsledelse.net, seemauniverse.no and mangfoldsleder.no collect and process personal data.

We understand how important security is to our customers, and we are committed to processing your personal data in a secure manner. We encrypt all traffic on our websites so that your information is not available to anyone else.

Information cookies
We do not use cookies or any other form of monitoring of users on any of our websites.
Google Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, but have an overview of which pages are most popular via server logs. These logs are rotated every month.
HTTPS and secure transfer
Our website uses an HTTPS certificate from Let`s Encrypt. If you want to make sure that a page is encrypted, a padlock will appear in the address bar at the top of the browser and/or it will say "https" instead of just "http" in front of the address.
The purpose of encryption is to ensure secure data communication between the server (the website) and the client (your computer). This includes a digital certificate to prove that the website and its sender are genuine.
