Do you want to utilise more of the competencies that exist in your management team? Do you really know what they are?
Through an intensive programme for management teams, you'll explore diversity in the management team, build foundational knowledge in the science of diversity, and relate the topic directly to business purposes. You'll be trained to develop practical skills and encouraged to practice the craft between sessions. Our goal is for you to become more confident in utilising your differences as a strength and become better at withstanding/utilising positive friction in your management team. You'll discover that diversity is all about you and your colleagues, and you'll be more motivated to utilise more of the hidden competencies in your group.
The programme can be adapted to the management team's level of ambition and everyday worklife. For example, the programme can be carried out digitally, physically or a combination of these. As part of the programme, you will be able to operationalise diversity management in your organisation's context, and deploy your expertise for its benefit.

- The programme runs over four half days (digital) plus one full day (physical). This can be customised.
