Seema is a consultancy company engaged in leadership and organisational development with a particular focus on diversity. Seema chaired the committee that developed the world's first diversity management standard (NS11201) and is currently leading the committee developing an ISO standard for diversity management. We work with customers in both the public and private sectors.

Loveleen Rihel Brenna
Founder of the company
Loveleen is a pioneer in the field. She has in-depth experience of building diversity competences among leaders and employees, and has been a key contributor to political and regulatory movements since the 90s. Educated in social pedagogy and educational leadership, she has held a long-standing leadership position for the Parents' Committee for Primary Education (FUG). Loveleen has chaired the committee that developed the Norwegian Standard for Diversity Management (NS11201), two national reports, and has written seven books on diversity. Loveleen has a practical approach to diversity and a unique ability to make complicated issues tangible.
Loveleen has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work.

Manav Rihel Kumar
CEO
Manav is a graduate of the Norwegian Naval Academy and has been involved in leadership development and coaching as part of the Norwegian Defence's leadership programme at the Naval Academy. He also holds a master's degree in public management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Manav has leadership experience from the telecoms industry where he has worked as head of customer service and strategy development. He has extensive experience in coaching leaders, facilitating and training others in reflection work, and building pedagogical approaches that ensure learning and behavioural change. Manav has a very good ability to understand the organisational context and the framework within which different stakeholders operate.
Today, he chairs the international committee, consisting of representatives from more than 20 countries, that is developing an ISO standard for diversity management.

Jakob Sverre Løvstad
CTO
Jakob has two master's degrees, one in psychology from the University of Oslo and one in systems development from NTNU. He has researched performance optimisation in system development and previously worked as a practising psychologist. In addition, he has conducted leadership development and counselling for business leaders based on his experiences as a top athlete and national team manager for the Norwegian MMA team. Here, relational leadership and reflection work have been central. Since 2022, Jakob has played a central role in the implementation of Seema's courses, workshops, and quantitative and qualitative analyses for organisations, as well as the development of Seema's diversity insight tool Diversity Index.
Jakob brings a unique ability to engage participants and make challenging topics tangible and motivating to work with.

Siv Hamre Arntzen
COO
Siv has held various management positions throughout her career. She is a graduate of the Norwegian Military Academy and has since completed a master's degree in strategic management and economics. She also has a number of courses and certifications in areas such as change management, digitalisation and sustainability. Siv has held a number of leadership roles at the operational and strategic level in both public and private sectors. She has international experience and a breadth of expertise that gives her a good understanding of contexts and a holistic approach to issues and opportunities. With strong expertise in leadership and organisational development, Siv has a very good ability to understand the organisational context and the dilemmas of different leadership roles.
She has a very practical approach to theoretical concepts, and a unique ability to meet the everyday needs of different organisations.

Tone Ramstad
Senior advisor
Tone is the principal of our course platforms seemauniverse.no and mangfoldsleder.no, and has the main responsibility for the development of our digital learning content. She is originally educated in economics and management at The Norwegian Business School, and has many years of experience in sales and leadership development at an operational level.

Veronica Antonsen
Administrative manager
Veronica has extensive experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces and a bachelor's degree in organisation and management. She has leadership training from the army and worked with the management of materials, personnel and finances. In recent years, she worked with apprenticeships in the Armed Forces and as a legal assistant, before joining Seema.

Lars Aamodt
Consultant/webmaster
Lars plays a key role in the development of our digital learning platforms, and also takes good care of most of what we have online. Originally educated at Westerdahls, he has a good grasp of pedagogy. In recent years he has helped with most of our services related to digital competence development.
